DCU Multiversity now on tumblr!
Especially since Green Lantern: The Animated Series (GLTAS) came out, I noticed an influx of people participating in expanding the universe of Green Lantern, a variety of things like designing characters and creating back stories. Of course, many of these things aren’t canon, but they were so imaginative and compelling that I wanted to gather them all in one place for all fans to enjoy!

54. 2 New Young Justice Fanart + YJ 1x10 "Targets" Review
Saw the latest episodes "Targets."
Loved it.
XD I also saw Green Lantern over the weekend. Didn't love it, I will have a review of the Green Lantern Movie probably as a journal sometime by tonight or tomorrow hopefully. Anyways!
My highlights below!
1. RED ARROW
Alright Red Arrow, fine, I'll admit that you're legit. I thought he was a little whiny and a little overbearing in the beginning, but now I'm beginning to see in a whole new light. XD And the fact that he was unmasked for a while was a very cool touch. Very handsome, although in some angles, I just thought he looked like a very angry Wally West (Flash in JL and JLU).
And the fact that he called YJ instead of the JL is telling. I liked his interaction with Aqualad.
2. CHESIRE
*flails histerically* Why does she look fabulous in every outfit?! Her teagirl outfit was amazing. XD I see also they happened to get a panty shot in there too.
3. ROY & KALDUR
The newer, more refined version of Dick and Wally. And handsomer too.
4. MISS MARTIAN CHEERLEADER DANCE
I actually busted laughing watching her cheer, and with the little bzzt at the end? XD classic. I also love that they didn't portray the cheerleaders as complete assholes. Cheerleaders are people too!
5. SUPERBOY FALLING DOWN THE BLEACHERS
I don't normally laugh at people's misfortunes... but this was an exception!
For some reason, I wasn't really taken with Lex or Ras. Dunno, maybe I need to see more episodes with them. I wish Ra's Al Ghul's voice actor (Oded Fehr) sounded more like what he sounded like in the Mummy or as Doctor Fate (JL, JLU) or Equinox (B
ATB). That would have been awesome.
This whole mole thing is... confusing to say the least. I guess what everyone's been saying is that Artemis is set up to be the mole... but I feel like it might be someone else.
Here's my guess: Aqualad
I know maybe it doesn't make sense... but maybe that's why it makes sense! XD It would totally be shocking, that's for sure! Since Red Arrow confided in Aqualad, now Aqualad (if he were the mole) would be a little more careful.
MOAR EPISODES PLZ.
AND MOAR CHIBIS! PRINT THESE OUT AND STICK THEM EVERYWHERE! SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR YJ!

47. Young Justice... Again? :3
And when I thought Robin couldn't get any tinier, I go and do this to him... and to the rest of the cast as well! I know, I know, Speedy's technically not on the team, but look at him! He's got so much angst in him, that I felt bad, and included him in the picture. I think he'll have even more angst just because Artemis's fabulous hair is still in his way.
I based their respective ages on the level of maturity that I observed in the show. Even though Speedy's technically the oldest (18?) he's one of the youngest looking. Likewise, Aqualad looks a lot older than the rest of them, even though he's the second oldest behind Speedy. Robin's still the tiniest though. I will never give him the satisfaction of making him taller/bigger than anyone else! Miss Martian loves chocos, and even though Superboy says he hates monkeys, he still has a soft spot for stuffed ones. Wally's a little tubey, but that's what he gets when he eats so much candy. Aqualad's generally a very nice kid who will read books for children near the ocean about mermaids (and maybe secretly inside, he sympathizes with Ariel about overprotective guardians). Pardon the attempted background. I will go on to say that I have no background experience rendering.... backgrounds. :3 But it's always been a goal in the back of my mind.
As for the show, YJ continues to impress, and I was especially happy to see Black Canary featured in "Schooled." She sounded a lot huskier than I was imagining, but her character interaction of the team was great. I was tickled and very amused to see Amazo swinging Superman around and around. It was like watching a parent swinging a child around, but with clearly less affection. It actually made me giggle out loud. Bibbo's Diner was a nice scene, and it's just cool to see the YJ team gel together. I am heavily anticipating the introduction of Artemis. Btw. The word of the day is aster. Say it outloud, use it in a conversation. :3

46. Young Justice Sketch Blitz #1
Soo.... anyone catching up with the new Young Justice series on Cartoon Network? I am.
And I'm pretty much hooked. I admit, I don't watch too much TV, but apart from Psych/Transformer Animated, there hasn't been a show that I'll actually sit down and wait for the TV to show a new episode. From what I've seen so far, I like pretty much everyone that's shown up so far. :3 Speedy's a little dramatic, but other than that, I really like all the characterization that's flyin' about. Don't even get me started on the aesthetics.
GORGEOUS.
I haven't been drawing many personal things in a while, but I've started to get back into the groove of things. Anyone else currently living in the Rhode Island/New England area knows how crazy the weather's been. It's snowed heavily 4-5 times in three weeks. There's slush everywhere! Anyway back to the deviation, these are a variety of sketches of the main 5 characters with some extra little tidbits thrown in. It's like a YJ/TT/JSA bonanza! btw, I don't know what Aqualad looks like as a kid, but for some reason, I'm imagining his gills to be a lot poofier as a kid. I don't know if Black Manta ever will show up in the show, but if he does, I anticipate UBER UBER ANGST. I can't exactly tell you guys who my favorites are so far, probably Aqualad and Kid Flash. Miss Martian is pretty close behind them, and I'm sure the show's going to go crazy when Artemis shows up.

Teen Titans Fanart
Back when I started high school, Teen Titans was my favorite cartoon on tv. I haven't really watched it since it's final season aired in 2006, but in the past month or so, I've just been itching to start again. :) I did both these in the past couple of days. First is a picture of Raven and Beastboy and the second one is of Jinx and Kid Flash.
Kid Flash and BB are both lucky to have incredible friends.
